Please note that Jassy Budgets has a strict No Exchange or Refund Policy. Once an order has been placed, it can not be canceled or refunded. Due to the handmade nature of most products in my shop, All Sales Are Final!

However, if there are any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to contact me at [email protected]. In case of any missing or damaged products, please report it to us within five days from the time your tracking number indicates that the order has been delivered and I will try my best to find a reasonable solution.
